 Child Policy: We have a no children policy. We appreciate your support and understanding of our guidelines regarding having your children in the salon and spa. Please make all necessary child care arrangements prior to your visit. This policy is for the safety and comfort of all of our clients.

Disclosure of Personal Information: All information provided to our site to establish or update your account, enter a contest, shop online, or request information (i.e. name, address, e-mail address, telephone number and credit card information), is maintained in private files on our web server and our internal systems. This information is used to support The Lash Club in delivering services and information about our product to you.

Privacy Statement: We respect your privacy. We use the information you provide to help personalize our product information and offers. We will only use your name and address information to mail you marketing material and free sample offers. We will never give or sell your user information or email address to anyone for any reason.

Methods of Payment:

• Cash* MasterCard *Visa
• On all purchases..all sales are final. No Returns.
• The Lash Club gift cards are available in any amount.
• Gift Certificates: are available at Our Spa 

Booking Appointment: A valid credit card is required to secure an appointment.

Arrival Time/Late Policy:

• Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment time. This will allow us to confirm all information in your file and support your service(s) starting at your appointed time. 
• There is a 10 minute grace period for Late appointments. If you are over 10 minutes late you will be charge a $50 late fee and will have to reschedule your appointment.

Cancellations/No Shows:

• We have a 48 hour advance notice for appointment cancellation or reschedules.
• All cancellations must be made within business hours of 10:00 am to 7:00 pm. If no notice is given, there will be a 100% charge to your account.

Consultations & Service Deposits: A Service Consultation is the best way to ensure that you and your lash artist are on the same page. This better ensures your end result and ensures your appointments are booked appropriately. The consultations include a patch test in which we will apply 5-10 extensions to each eye to make sure no sensitives exist. Consultations cost $75 and this serves as a deposit towards the completion of your service. Consultation fees are redeemable for services and are non-refundable for services not received within six (6) months of the consultation.All Appointments require a deposit at the time of booking. 

Service and Product Returns:

• All services once completed and approved by you within your session the sale is Final.
• All product sales are Final.

Service Guarantee: Services are guaranteed 100%. In the instance that you are unhappy with your service, let us know within 24 hours of the date of service and we will ensure that you are re-booked with your technician. In most instances, the fix is a simple solution that may take less than an hour to resolve. We strive to limit situations like these through in-depth consultations and visual tools. It is our mission to make you feel more beautiful in all aspects of your life and your utmost satisfaction is our primary goal.
